The logo incorporates elegant type along with shapes inspired by the Aurora Borealis. Using the blue arctic background, it encompanies print graphics for advertising materials, brochures, posters and outdoor banners.
The activities of the year-long education and outreach project about Greenland focused on raising public awareness about the importance of the Arctic areas, along with the need for protecting the environment, people and cultural heritage from its regions.
Project work was featured by Pearson Publishing UK, in the 2010 Polar Resource Book, supported by the National Academies of the United States.
